At Puriri Street, our triplex is moving fast – a must-see! Over on Niblett Street, windows are installed and the push on to have all homes roofed and water-tight before Christmas. And back at Venture Build HQ, our new workshop and office build has hit a major milestone.

From steel framing at Venture Build HQ to roof trusses going up on Puriri and Niblett Streets, and just grass to go at Konini Street. It’s exciting to see these quality new homes and workspaces quickly taking shape for the local market.

From roof installs on Niblett Street to near-finished rentals on Konini and a completed Cambridge Street home, Venture Build continues delivering modern, low-maintenance homes across Whanganui. Even our HQ is getting an upgrade with new workshop and office spaces.

On Niblett Street, two new builds now have roofs on while the other two homes have framing up. Over at Konini Street, driveways, paths, carpet, and appliances are in as we push toward a late-November handover. Puriri Street is powering ahead too, with the pad poured, framing up, scaffolding installed, and roof trusses on-site for our new triplex.

Four new townhouses are rising on Niblett Street, things are moving fast at our triplex build on Puriri Street, and landscaping has begun at Konini Street. Quality new homes taking shape across Whanganui, and we’re just getting started!

Framing is up on the Puriri Street triplex, Niblett Street’s four townhouses are well underway, and finishing touches are being completed on the Konini Street homes. Exciting momentum as each project moves closer to completion.

Slabs are poured at Venture Build HQ and our new Puriri Street triplex, and strong progress at Niblett Street where the first two homes are now framed up.
