Adam, Pete and Simon have a combined belief in the importance of having quality builders on each job, plenty of yard space to help reduce delays and a showroom and office for both workers and customers to have a comfortable location to discuss projects.
In February 2022, the Venture Build Directors purchased 139 Ridgway St, previously a scrap yard and more recently a firewood business. It would be fair to say the site needed some work!
The latest news for Venture Build in this department is that the 139 Ridgway St premises has had a big clear out, with the building having had a new roof installed recently. Cladding and windows are due to be completed in the next month or two. We still have plenty of work to do, but progress is well on the way.
The Directors explain…’ we couldn’t be happier about the location and how this project is coming together. We expect completion late this year or early next year.’
