Major progress across Whanganui this week. Out in Kaitoke, mixed cladding, including a premium Schist finish is going up while plumbing and heating are roughed in. On Dublin Street, blockwork is complete for the new Burwood Motel units, prepping the site for trusses. Meanwhile, the four Niblett Street townhouses have hit the landscaping phase, with fencing and topsoil wrapping up for market delivery. Finally, trusses are flying on our first 70sqm minor dwelling, while Benefield Street’s cottage-style build has completed external painting.
