Cladding Nears Completion at Konini
Work is progressing steadily at our Konini Street project, with cladding installation nearly complete. Inside, the team is preparing for the next stage, as Rondo ceiling battens go up in preparation for gib lining. The Downer crew were also on-site this week, who have been busy connecting essential services to keep everything moving on schedule.
It’s All Go At Caius
In just two days, the team has completed cladding on the first of two new townhouses on Caius Ave. Service connections are also underway, bringing the project another step closer to completion. We will soon be able to reveal the external color scheme as these houses take shape.
Modern Living
With external cladding now painted and complete, our builds on Cambridge and Mathieson Streets are rapidly approaching key handover. Inside, gib installation is finished and our plasterer is ready to get started. The Mathieson Street Triplex, in particular, is standing out as a showcase of modern, functional design – already drawing great feedback from the community. We’re proud of the progress and excited to see these homes nearing the finish line!
Sometimes It’s The Small Things
It’s not all cladding, gib, and framing for our team – sometimes it’s the little details that no one thinks about when it comes to construction. Here, we catch Shaun in action, installing the letterbox at Cambridge Street. Nice work man! You sir are a true backbone.
