Cladding Konini
This week at Konini Street, the final cladding is being wrapped up. Inside, prep for gib installation is also well underway. Both 105sqm homes are taking shape beautifully, and we’re getting closer to the final stages. We can’t wait to reveal the color scheme soon – watch this space!
Interior Progress in Full Swing
Over at Cambridge Street, things are moving fast! The gib work is now complete, allowing the plasterer and painter to get started. The popular cavity sliders are in place – an essential space-saving feature that adds to the smart design of this home. With bathroom hardware arriving this week, we’re entering the exciting phase where the interior really starts to come to life.
