All Go At Caius
It’s full steam ahead at Caius Avenue! Cladding of the first home is complete, and the second is quickly catching up. With services laid, insulation delivered, and cavity sliders installed. These two homes are cleverly positioned at the rear of the existing property, making the most of the generous Gonville section and highlighting the hidden development potential these large sites can offer.
Fence Building
Progress continues at Cambridge Street, with the team taking a brief break from gib and cladding to focus on a new boundary fence. But this won’t be your standard fence- once complete, a sleek trellis will run along the top, adding both privacy and an architectural touch to the property. It’s the small details like these that help set our builds apart.
Ready For Paint
Cladding is now complete on the two new townhouse builds at Konini Street, and with a break in the weather this weekend, exterior painting is set to begin. It’s been a hive of activity on-site, with Thompson Plumbing and Boyd Electrical finishing their installations, clearing the way for insulation and gib to go up next.
