Welcome to The Weekly Wrap!
Your destination for all the action, transformation, and progress happening on our building sites – week by week.

Cladding Complete

Caius Avenue’s newest townhouses are moving ahead, with cladding now complete and exterior painting next on the agenda. Inside, insulation installation is underway as we shift focus to interior progress. This project began by removing an existing garage to create access for the two new builds – smart use of the generous 1,072sqm site. It’s a great example of how strategic planning and selecting the right home designs can unlock the full potential of your land and grow your property portfolio.

Exterior Painting Begins

Exterior painting is now underway at Konini Street, while interior teams continue prepping for gib installation. This exciting project began with the original home being relocated to the rear of the section late last year, making space for two brand new 105sqm homes. Once complete, these modern builds will provide warm, healthy housing for two local Whanganui families – another positive step in strengthening our local rental market.

The Move & Progress From October 2024

Moving At Pace

Progress is full steam ahead at Mathieson Street – gib is up, stopping is complete, and skirting boards and doors are now being installed. As our very first triplex build, it’s exciting to see things moving quickly. Up next: internal painting, carpet laying, and kitchen installation as we bring these three new homes one step closer to completion.

A New Fence & Plaster

The new boundary fence at Cambridge Street is nearly complete, with a trellis strip soon to be added as the finishing touch. Inside, plasterers are hard at work preparing the homes for paint.
