Progress Steady at Mathieson Street
It’s been another productive week on-site at our Mathieson Street Triplex development. Concrete pathways have been poured, outdoor storage units are going in, and inside the kitchens are starting to take shape – just look at the impressive storage and bench space on offer! With carpets and bathroom fit-outs next on the list, these warm, modern homes are well on track for completion.
Smart Infill On Caius
Gibbing is now complete in both homes at our Caius Avenue project, and the exterior painting is done and dusted. This clever development began by removing an existing garage to create access for two new builds, making smart use of the 1,072sqm section. It’s a great example of how thoughtful planning and the right home designs can unlock the true potential of your land and add real value to your property portfolio.

Cambridge Street Nearing the Finish Line
Things are moving quickly at our 121sqm build on Cambridge Street! Fencing has arrived for installation, the boxing is prepped and ready for the patio and pathways to be poured, while inside, a fresh coat of paint has brought the space to life. With the kitchen arriving next week, we’re well on track to wrap up this new home in the coming weeks.
