Finish Line In Sight
Progress is moving fast at our Mathieson Street triplex. Landscaping is well underway, with green outdoor spaces now taking shape in the backyard. Fencing between the homes will soon complete the exterior transformation. Inside, vinyl flooring is down and carpet is being laid. With benchtop installations up next, these three brand-new units are nearly ready to hit the market.
Essential Services Going In
This week, Thompson Plumbing and Boyd Electrical were on site installing essential services across the development. The rear home now has its decking complete, adding the finishing touches to the outdoor space. Inside the brand-new 105sqm homes, plastering is wrapping up and prep is underway for internal painting.
Cambridge Street Progress Update
Our 121sqm home on Cambridge Street is coming together. Private fencing is now installed, patios and pathways are complete, and the kitchen is receiving its final touches. Just three sections remain in this development, ranging from 400–407sqm. House and land packages are available, or have a chat with us about designing a home tailored specifically to your needs.
Revisiting Waitai
Nine months on, it was great to revisit our completed build on Waitai Street and see how it’s settled in. The gardens are now well established, with planting around the deck softening the outdoor space. Even in Winter the home is looking great!
