The Weekly Wrap | August 22

With the fantastic weather on our side, progress continues at Caius Ave! This week the team has been busy pouring patios, paths, and carports for the two new townhouses. Next up, we’re turning our attention to demolishing and rebuilding the boundary fence along the driveway, while kitchen and bathroom installations are still to come.

Excavation kicked off this week at the Venture Build yard as we prepare for the slab pour – marking the start of an exciting expansion! Hard to believe that just over a week ago this site was home to two 20-foot storage containers and other building materials. We’re stoked to be transforming the space and can’t wait to make great use of this land!

What a project this has been! We’re proud to officially sign off on our very first triplex build at Mathieson Street – and it’s time to hand over the keys.

What began as a run-down villa has now been completely transformed into three modern, warm, and inviting units. The interest from potential tenants has been fantastic, and we can’t wait to see moving boxes arrive as locals settle in and make these units their new homes.

This milestone marks an exciting step forward for Venture Build, and we’re thrilled to see the vision for Mathieson Street brought to life.
