Another Project Complete at Cambridge Street!
We’re thrilled to celebrate the completion of another home at our Cambridge Street development. The keys have been handed over, and the new owners are settling in this week!
This 3-bedroom, 121sqm home is designed with sunny north-facing open-plan living that flows seamlessly onto a generous outdoor area.
From the very first digger on-site to the final handover, it’s been an incredible journey. Take a look back at the project from start to completion and see how it all came together.

Outdoors At Caius
This week, the two new townhouses at Caius Ave are taking big steps forward with kitchens being installed, a fresh boundary fence going up, and a neat little retaining wall added around the patio.
With the driveways booked to be poured – completion is well within sight, and we can’t wait to see these new homes ready to welcome their new tenants!
Venture Build Expansion
Excavation is now complete, and this week the team has been busy preparing the formwork for the slab pour. We’re expanding with a brand-new workshop, complete with additional offices and facilities to support our growing crew.
It’s amazing to see how far our site has come from its days as a scrap yard, and we can’t wait to watch this new building take shape and contribute to the continued growth on Ridgway Street!
