It has been a productive period at the 55 Smithfield Road building site since our latest update. This is a special infill that has achieved three 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom houses with double garages on a site that is only 12 meters wide and just over a quarter acre in size! What’s more, the houses have a sunny outdoor living space situated outside the living rooms. The back house of the 3 is shown below. Sitting with some elevation out toward the North. It it interesting to note that this kind of infill would not be possible using a typical small house plan from a website or a transportable. We look to use land in the best way for our investors and can beat most competitors on price, even with tailored designs. Check back on our website over the next few months as we add a number of plans that we have already worked into sections in a bespoke fashion. These are plans that can be altered specifically for your site or we can tailor a design 100%.

We are looking forward to the final push to do that landscaping just as the season comes right for optimum planting and grass growing. The timeline for building these 3 homes on one site including completion of the driveway and all outside fencing and landscaping was officially 12 months, however aimed to complete these in 7 months. It looks like we will have to settle for 8 months!
