Completion At Caius
Our Caius Ave project is officially ready for handover this weekend, and the results look fantastic. What began as a 1,072sqm section with an existing dwelling has now been transformed with the addition of two modern two-bedroom homes. These townhouses will make a welcome contribution to Whanganui’s growing rental market, offering fresh, comfortable living spaces in a great location.
New Projects Begin
Work is underway on our latest infill project at Niblett Street. Excavation has begun on the 820sqm section, with new plumbing completed for the existing homes and the team setting out the new lots. This development is a great example of how underutilised land can be transformed to deliver quality, affordable housing, helping both investors grow their portfolios and our community access more homes.
Working With OId & New
Over at Konini Street – the existing home on site is getting a refresh, complete with a brand-new kitchen to give it a fresh lease on life for future tenants. Right next door, two newly built 105sqm homes are having their kitchens installed. With the driveway preparation underway and landscaping soon to follow, we’re looking forward to seeing the finished results take shape.
Venture Expansion
Work is well underway on our new workshop project! The retaining wall is complete, with backfilling and boxing prep now finished. Once complete, the new workshop and office spaces will be a fantastic addition to our site, supporting Venture Build’s continued growth.
