Framing up at Whanganui East

Things are moving quickly over on Benefield Street. After pouring the slab last week, the team has already gone vertical with the framing on this custom 90sqm build. The goal? A smart, cottage-style footprint that prioritises what matters: outdoor living for the family, low-maintenance materials, and a layout that leaves room for gardening and pottering.

From Skeleton to Structure

We’re moving at pace on Abbot Street. With the framing officially wrapped on both new homes, the trusses are staged and ready to swing into place. This is where the blueprint finally turns into a roof over your head. No fluff, no delays, just two high-quality builds hitting their stride and getting ready for the next phase.

Scaffs down at Cambridge

We’ve officially dropped the scaffolding on the newest Cambridge Street build, and the profile is looking sharp. The crew has been head-down with the soffits, clearing the way for the big one: windows and doors are going in next week. The home will soon be sealed, secure, and one step closer to the finish line.

Work on the outdoors begins

At our four-home development on Niblett Street – the painters have packed up, and the kitchens are currently being dialled in. Outside, the first of the decks are going down as we move into the landscaping stage! It won’t be long before these compact, low-maintenance, healthy new homes hit the Whanganui rental market.
