Roof Shout Ready: The Iron is On at Lake Wiritoa!

The Build: 240sqm Architectural Build
Where: Kaitoke, Whanganui
Progress This Week: It’s officially roof shout weekend for our clients out at Lake Wiritoa! The iron is fully on, and the scale of this build is looking incredible. The brief for this property was all about functional luxury – featuring private bedroom wings, an open-plan kitchen and living area complete with a scullery, and a huge outdoor entertaining zone. The roof is up, the drinks are cold, and momentum is building!
Kitchens and Decks Wrapping Up at Niblett St

The Build: 4-Unit Residential Project
Where: Niblett Street, Whanganui
Progress This Week: Serious progress on-site as we get closer to handover. The joinery team is flat out installing kitchens across all four units, while the floors are prepped with underlay ready for the carpet layers. On the exterior, the decks are nearly complete and landscaping is moving fast. These builds are dialed in for high performance and low maintenance.
Puriri Street Triplex: Fit-Out is in Full Swing

The Build: Modern Triplex
Where: Puriri Street, Whanganui
Progress This Week: Great momentum on-site with the interior transformation well underway. The vinyl is down, kitchen installations are in progress, and we’re on the countdown for carpet. Looking ahead, the landscaping team is ready to upgrade the outdoor living. This project is a textbook example of maximising section potential to bring top-tier, low-maintenance units to the Whanganui market.
Ground Broken on Our First Legislation-Ready Flat

The Build: 70sqm ‘Granny Flat’
Where: Bignell Street, Whanganui
Progress This Week: Our first 70sqm build taking advantage of the new ‘granny flat’ legislation is officially underway! The foundation dig-out is done, and we’re moving straight into boxing ready for the slab pour. Because this route requires no building consent, this 70sqm, 2-bedroom setup is a massively efficient way to unlock extra value from your land – whether it’s for an additional income stream or keeping family close. Get in touch to get the ball rolling on yours.

Infill Innovation On Carson Street

The Build: Two-Home Residential Infill
Where: Carson Street, Whanganui
Progress This Week: The buildings are officially wrapped and ready for the exterior finishes. We’ve got the scaffolding up and the site prepped for both the bricklayers and cladding teams to move in. Simultaneously, the facia installation is underway to clear the way for the roofing. These units (one 3-bedroom and one 2-bedroom) are moving along smoothly and will be a great, high-spec addition to Castlecliff.
Cottage Charm taking Shape

The Build: 91sqm Cottage-Style Home
Where: Benefield Street, Whanganui
Progress This Week: Now that the roof is on, the cladding stage is in full swing on this Benefield down-sizer. This 91sqm home might be compact, but it lives large – having been specifically designed around outdoor living, with a generous deck and garden space right at its heart. It’s the perfect blend of character charm and low-maintenance modern layout.
