This Week’s Update: The countdown is officially on over at Niblett Street. We are staring down the finish line on this 4-home project. While the boys are indoors knocking out the final interior touches, the landscaping crew has been flat out. The fencing is up, the decks are wrapped, and we’re just waiting on the fresh grass to go down, and these units are ready to hit the Whanganui rental market.

This Week’s Update: The countdown isn’t just for our residential builds – completion is also closing in fast on our brand-new Venture Build workshop.
We’re giving you a quick sneak peek behind the scenes today. Out back, the commercial racking is officially installed and ready for gear, with a drive-through system to make loading in and out seamless. Up front, the new conference room is taking shape – a big upgrade from what we had. We’re almost ready to give you the full tour!

This Week’s Update: Following on from the tree clearing last week, we had the heavy machinery on-site to level out the block.
