Over 9 months, we embarked on one of our largest infill development projects in Whanganui to date. By utilising under-used back sections, two neighboring property owners joined forces to strategically grow their property portfolios. The result? A smart infill project that replaced older, unhealthy rental stock with modern, high-quality, Healthy Homes compliant builds.
