This Week’s Update: The pool is installed and settling in nicely, meanwhile the team are getting all the prep done to start laying down the new deck. Inside, the painters are on site bringing the rooms to life. This build is going to be an awesome summer spot.

The Build: Duel Dwellings

Where: Carson Street, Whanganui

This Week’s Update: The concrete crew has wrapped up the paths and parking pads, giving the exterior a clean footprint. On the inside, the painters have finished the walls and are giving the interior doors a spray for a smooth finish. Kitchen joinery, tiling, and fresh carpet are the next cabs off the rank!

The Build: Motel Units

Where: Dublin Street, Whanganui

This Week’s Update: The roof is down at Dublin Street, and the drone view shows it tied seamlessly into the current motel setup. Having all 14 units locked under cover is a huge win for the timeline. The sparkies are doing their thing, and services are being laid.

The Build: Garage Conversion

Where: Rangitikei Street, Whanganui

This Week’s Update: The Rangitikei Street build is a great example of how to convert underutilised shed space into living quarters. The team has wrapped up the full exterior paint job, featuring a bold entrance door that makes a strong statement from the driveway. Indoors, the prep work is complete and the site is cleared for internal painting.

This Week’s Update: The roof installation is officially complete, allowing us to drop the scaffolding and clear the site for windows and exterior doors next. Located just minutes from Whanganui Hospital, these modern builds are set to deliver warm, high-quality, low-maintenance housing to Gonville.
