Turn-key Lending
We occasionally will do a Turn- Key lending with a deposit paid when the contract is signed, with
remaining paid when the house is completed. Please enquire if this is your preferred option.
Construction Lending
Construction lending is commonly referred to as stage payment or progress payment lending.
At Venture Build this is our most common build contract and is readily available to home buyers.
Stage payments are a simple to understand and standard form of lending. Simply, the contract
has 5 or 6 stage payments that are drawdown once each stage is completed.
Stage payments are particularly helpful with infill due to the way that subdivision expenses such
as installing a pillar box for power or completing a ROW (Right of Way) driveway can be included
in the stages of the contract. Our tailored contracts ensure that the appropriate expenses are in
each stage, and that these are appropriate for the bank lenders.
We use the NZCB (New Zealand Certified Builders) Association Build contracts alongside the
NZCB Halo 10-year Guarantee. Please enquire about your future project or future home.
