This project consisting of these 3 stunning townhouses has now been completed. It was such a pleasure to project manage and build this infill housing project. The site design uses a great mix of spaces designed to maximize each house’s potential and every inch of land. With double garages and ensuite and interesting joinery and blockwork, this project was a lot of fun for the team to get our teeth into!
This was a unique build consisting of 3 townhouses with double garages on just over a quarter acre section. This is the type of project we are well acquainted with and one that helps create more of the rental and home buyer market housing that is in demand. Clever design and clever living in warm, highly insulated houses that are durable, livable and offer solid returns for the investor.
