Cambridge Street
The Cambridge Street development has made huge progress this week. The 3 bedroom home on Lot 1 now has external cladding, roof and gib work is complete. You can read more about Cambridge Street and the section options HERE
Lifestyle on Waitai
Waitai Street is looking great! This build has been a great challenge, but the results speak for themselves. The cedar panels and grand entrance make this home special. Gib work had begun this week, and the fibre internet was installed.
Fordell Water Tank Delivery
The concrete water tank was delivered this week at our Budge Street build. Being the school holidays, the delivery sparked a community gathering with kids watching the HIAB go to work. We captured the delivery and offload by drone.
Clarkson Avenue Completion
We are stoked to have this 301sqm home in the new Clarkson Avenue development, ready for key handover. The large covered, polished concrete entertainment area was a highlight of this build. This home had the professional photography treatment this week.
