What began as a tired home in Castlecliff has been completely reimagined into a fresh, modern space ready to welcome its new family. We were tasked with a full renovation—bringing in a brand new bathroom (still to come), fresh paint throughout, and new carpeting. The result? A stunning transformation that’s light, bright, and full of life!

Suspended Ceiling Reveal
Work continues on the transformation of the former St Anne’s Church into a new Montessori pre-school. With the scaffolding now down, the fresh suspended ceiling—installed by the team at Elite Ceilings & Partitions, is on full display. Inside, our team is putting the finishing touches on the bathrooms, while outside, a brand-new pergola has been constructed to enhance the outdoor space.
Steady Progress at Konini Street
Great progress is being made at our Konini Street infill development. This week, the two new 105sqm homes saw the installation of their doors and windows—another milestone ticked in the building process. Cladding is up next, which will significantly enhance the overall appearance of the property. This project began just over four months ago, when Britton’s relocated the original home to the rear of the site, setting the stage for what’s to come.
