Ready For Cladding At Caius
The two new townhouses on Caius Ave are taking shape, with windows and doors now installed on this 1070sqm site. A perfect example of transforming underutilised land into modern living spaces. Next up—cladding installation as we move closer to completion.
Progress At Montessori
Exciting progress is underway at the future home of Montessori preschool. This week, the suspended ceiling was completed by the team at Elite Ceilings & Partitions. New flooring is now being laid in the foyer, while our team continues work on the kitchen and bathroom spaces. This is a significant project that brings together multiple contractors, all working collaboratively to bring the design to life.
