Finishing Touches
The landscaping is complete, and the transformation on Mathieson Street is nearly finished! What began with a tired, run-down villa has evolved into the city centre’s newest modern units. From the first day on site to the final touches, it’s been an incredible journey. Watch the video below to see the full progress unfold over the months of this build!

A Lick of Paint
With one build nearly complete, the momentum continues at Caius Ave. Painters have brightened the interiors, with fresh coats on walls and doors bringing the spaces to life. Next week, the team will be replacing the length of the boundary fence. And with kitchen installation, carpet and vinyl going down, these new homes will soon be ticked off the list also!
In Our Back Yard
Last week, our yard got a big clear-out in preparation for an exciting project of our very own. With the digger now on-site, we’re ready to break ground next week! Stay tuned to see what we are doing.
Whanganui’s First ‘Digger Day’ is Coming!
Venture Build & Dowman Contracting are joining forces to bring you an epic family fun day where kids can hop in the driver’s seat of a digger and experience a real construction site – all while raising funds for local charity! All of the information will be released next week – we can’t wait!
