Inside Meets Outside
The outdoor transformation is in full swing at Mathieson Street! Out back, lush green space and private fencing are taking shape, while the front welcomes fresh hedges, storage boxes ready for a splash of paint, and the first stages of new fencing. Inside, the kitchens are nearly complete, heat pumps are being installed, and these stunning units are just about ready for their first tenants.

Cambridge Build Nearing Completion
At Cambridge Street, freshly poured concrete and new fencing set the stage for garden beds and lush grass to complete the outdoor space. Indoors, the flooring crew has been hard at work laying kitchen and bathroom flooring, with carpet and kitchen benches next on the list. It won’t be long before this 121sqm home is ready for key handover.
Smart Infill On Caius
Caius Avenue’s newest townhouses are moving swiftly toward completion, with internal painting and kitchen installation next on the list. Internal doors are now in place, and recent tree removal and trimming at the rear has opened the property to even more natural light. This development began by removing an existing garage to create access for two new builds, making the most of a 1,072sqm section.
Making Room For Our Own Upcoming Project…
To wrap up the week, our own yard got a major tidy-up, with the 20ft containers moved off-site to clear the way for an exciting project of our very own. We will have more details on what is the next chapter for Venture Build soon, so watch this space!
