Venture Build HQ Levels Up!
It’s been a massive week of action across all our Whanganui build sites, but the biggest tick of all happened right here at Venture Build HQ. Our new workshop has officially been roofed!
What started as a couple of storage containers has now become a fully covered, purpose-built space ready for the next stages of the build. Check out the video to see the full journey, from the very beginning right through to getting the roof on. Big momentum, big progress, and plenty more to come!
Niblett Street: Roofs On, Full Steam Ahead!
Massive progress this week at Niblett Street, where four brand-new homes are taking shape fast. All homes are now fully roofed, with windows and doors installed, making everything weather tight just in time for the break!
And the crew isn’t slowing down, by Friday they were already into cladding. This development is moving!
Puriri Street: Prepped, Sealed & Ready for Roofing!
Over on Puriri Street, our triplex project is getting close to roofing, and it’s looking seriously impressive. The Enviroclad TPO waterproofing membrane is a standout feature on this build, thanks to the great work from the team at Allen Tong.
It’s the first time we’ve used this type of waterproof membrane, and the result is impressive!
New Homes, New Tenants – Konini Street Countdown
To wrap up the week, things are looking fantastic over on Konini Street. The new builds are just about ready to welcome their new tenants, with the landscaping complete and grass sown.
It’s all coming together beautifully, and we can’t wait to share the final photos once everything is officially finished.
