Transforming Niblett Street
Things are moving fast at our four-home Niblett Street development. We’ve officially hit the GIB stage across all four townhouses, closing in the spaces and giving you a real feel for the layout. With the sheets going up now, we’re just a stone’s throw away from GIB stopping and getting the first coats of paint on the walls.
Raising the Roof at Cambridge Street
Things are scaling up at our Gonville development. The scaffolding is officially up at Lot 2, and with the roof trusses delivered this week, we’re ready to get this home under cover. This project is moving fast, and the neighborhood is filling up even faster. We’re down to our final section – Lot 4. So if you’ve been thinking about a new build, now is the time to jump in.
A Bigger Venture Build On The Way
Things are looking solid at our new Whanganui workshop and offices! We’ve officially ticked off the southern accessway (nothing beats a fresh concrete pour), and the northern side is next in line for hotmix and parking. This expansion is all about keeping up with the demand for quality local builds. We’re 100% Whanganui owned and operated, and this new space ensures we’re here for the long haul.
