A New Roof For A New Week
At Cambridge Street, the build of this 121sqm home is progressing at a rapid pace. We’re roof-shout ready, the wall linings are set for cladding, and next up, the windows and doors will be installed. Caius Ave Infill
Check out what is happening in Caius Avenue! We’re transforming an empty section into two brand-new 80sqm homes. In just four weeks, we’ve progressed from a bare block of land to foundations and framing. Another great example of how we can help you maximise your land value through property infill.
Konini’s Newest Homes
The two newest homes on Konini Street are taking shape and are now ready for a roof! This week, our team completed the roof trusses, marking another milestone. This project began late last year with the relocation of the original home to the back of the section, making way for two brand-new 105sqm houses.
