St George’s School Classroom Move & Addition
St George’s School has a new classroom. The additional classroom was transported thanks to Britton’s at the beginning of the year. The existing classroom had to be picked up and moved to create a new courtyard. The classroom move, retaining walls, new decks, and the courtyard extension were all completed in 3 working weeks.
Roof Prep At Konini
At Konini Street, the scaffolding and safety netting are being installed thanks to Safe Edge. Next will be the delivery of the roof framing and trusses. The large Tawhero section will grow to a three-home infill development.
The project began with the original home being moved to the back of the section.
Mathieson Street Progress
It was a big week of progress at our Mathieson Street triplex project. The windows and doors have been installed, while the cladding prep is underway. It will be great to see the vision for this housing project come to life.
