It’s All Coming Together

At Mathieson Street, the final touches are well underway. This week, landscaping has kicked off with the concrete paths poured using an Exposed Aggregate technique – a process that reveals the natural stone within the concrete for a stylish, textured finish. Inside, kitchen cabinets and appliances have arrived, ready for installation. These high-quality, self-contained homes are nearly complete and will be ready for new tenants very soon!

Caius Avenue Townhouses

Caius Avenue’s newest townhouses are quickly taking shape, with the polycarbonate roofing now installed over the carports, adding the final touch to the exterior structure. The undercoat has been painted, setting the stage for the upcoming colour scheme reveal. Inside, progress continues with the first home fully gibbed and ready for painting, and the second home close behind, on track to be completed this week.

Full Reveal

The Konini Street project is coming together. With scaffolding now down, the full design is on display – giving a real sense of what’s to come. Soon, landscaping, fencing, and driveway pours will complete the picture, delivering modern, energy-efficient homes that add to more quality housing stock in Whanganui.

Fencing, Painting & Patio Prep

It’s been a busy week at the 121sqm build on Cambridge Street. The old boundary fence has come down, making way for a brand-new one now going up. Inside, the transformation is well underway, with fresh paint bringing the interiors to life following gib installation. Outside, boxing has been prepared for the concrete patio, setting the scene for outdoor living. There are still three sections available in this development, ranging from 400–407sqm.
