Concrete, Landscaping & Kitchens
Another massive week on-site at our Mathieson Street Triplex! Landscaping is in full swing, with backyard prep now complete and ready for the green space installation. Inside, progress continues with kitchen vinyl flooring laid. Next up: carpets, fencing, and final touches to the outdoor areas, then these modern units will be move-in ready!
Patio Poured
Perfect weather set the scene for patio and pathway pours at our Cambridge Street build, with a black pigment mix giving the concrete a modern finish to the outdoor space. Inside, kitchen installation is now underway – and with the final touches in sight, we’re just weeks away from handing over the keys!
Decking, Gib & Plaster
This week, decking is going in at the rear home on our 971sqm Konini Street property. Both new 3-bedroom homes have had their exteriors painted and are now moving through internal plastering. Next up: interior paint, followed by bathroom and kitchen installations, bringing these quality homes one step closer to completion.
