Prepping For Landscaping
Things are taking shape at Mathieson Street! This week, gas installation is complete and the boxing is going in – marking the start of our landscaping phase. Next week will see concrete poured and grass laid, transforming the entrance and backyard into inviting, functional outdoor spaces perfect for entertaining.
Inside, the progress continues with the fresh scent of newly painted walls replacing the plastering phase. The interior is coming to life with bright, open plan living spaces that reflect warmth and style.
Progress at Caius Avenue
Rain or shine, progress continues at Caius Avenue! With the external cladding now complete, our team has been hard at work installing the ceiling gib – another key step in bringing these homes to life.
All of our current builds are entering the exciting transformation stage, where interiors start taking shape and each space begins to feel more like a home.
Colour Reveal at Konini Street
The first 105sqm home at Konini Street has its colour scheme revealed. The chosen contrast of light and dark tones perfectly complements the architectural design, highlighting the variation in cladding and adding visual depth.
With the second home next in line for painting and scaffolding soon coming down, we’re getting closer to unveiling the full picture. We can’t wait to show you the final result!

Venture Build is proud to be sponsoring the Special Children’s Extravaganza, where loads of Whanganui kids will head to New Plymouth this August. This incredible event brings joy, entertainment, and unforgettable memories to children who live with life threatening illness, physical or intellectual impairment, domestic violence, or in underprivileged circumstances.
Supporting our community is a core part of who we are, and we’re honoured to be involved in an event that celebrates inclusion, kindness, and making kids smile. We can’t wait to see the magic of the day unfold!
Move In Day at Cambridge Street
And what a way to finish the week — our latest build officially has a new owner! She moved in this week and couldn’t be happier.
