From Church To Preschool
It’s the talk of Raine Street! The former St Anne’s Church is being revamped to become the home of Montessori pre-school! The Scaffolding is now in place, allowing Elite Ceilings & Partitions to begin on the suspended ceiling. Strong Electrical were at work installing the new lighting, while Modscape has been busy creating the green-space play area, complete with raised garden beds. It’s great to see so many different contractors working together seamlessly!
Another Milestone At Konini
Steady progress continues at our Konini Street development! This week, we reached an exciting milestone with the roof completion on both new townhouses. Next up, our team will be focusing on cladding preparation, installing windows and doors, and bringing these homes one step closer to completion. Stay tuned as we watch these new homes take shape!
Reno: Worn to Become Wow
This week, we kicked off an exciting renovation at a Castlecliff property, starting with a bathroom upgrade.
