A New Home For Montessori
This week, an exciting project is underway as the former St Anne’s Church is reborn as the future home of Montessori pre-school! Scaffolding is now in place, allowing the team to safely begin work on the interior roof tiling. Meanwhile, thanks to the awesome team at Modscape, a brand-new sound-absorbing fence has been installed. Outside, the landscaping of a fantastic outdoor area is taking shape. This will be an exciting project to follow!
Another Milestone Hit At Cambridge
At Cambridge Street, progress is moving at an incredible pace! The scaffolding is down, and with windows and doors now installed, this house is truly taking shape. Next up: cladding, gib work, and internal installations. It won’t be long before the owners are stepping into their brand-new home.
Caius Ave’s Newest Homes
Our team is making incredible progress at Caius Avenue! In just five weeks, these two 80sqm townhouses have quickly taken shape, with roof trusses and framing now in place – paving the way for the roof to go on next. It’s exciting to see this project come to life so quickly.
