The New Look Of Mathieson Street
Our Triplex project on Mathieson Street has reached another milestone this week! With the freshly painted cladding now complete, the development is really starting to come to life. The modern exterior is taking shape, and we’re looking forward to the final touches — especially the landscaping, which will truly bring the whole vision together.
Keeping It Toasty
Things are moving fast at our Cambridge Street project! Cladding is now complete on this 121sqm home, giving us the first real glimpse of its form – and we can’t wait to see how the color scheme brings it all together. The team has been hard at work installing insulation, and with that done, we’re all set and ready for gib installation. Exciting progress ahead!
Car Ports At Caius
There’s been more progress at Caius Ave this week – carports are now up at our newest townhouse development. This project is a fantastic example of how we’ve worked with our client to transform underutilised land into high-value housing through smart infill design. A great step forward in making the most of every square metre.
Working With New & Old
Just over six months ago, this Konini Street section housed a single townhouse. Today, that original home has been relocated to the rear of the Gonville site and is undergoing a full rejuvenation. Joining it are two brand-new 105sqm homes, currently having their cladding installed. With smart layouts featuring two living areas and three bedrooms, this design has quickly become one of our most popular infill solutions.
