Fresh Paint At Cambridge
This week, the new color scheme was completed at our Cambridge Street build – and the results speak for themselves. The bold contrast between dark and light tones perfectly highlights the front cladding, giving the home great appeal. Inside, the team has also wrapped up installation of the ceiling gib. Set on a 427sqm section, this design of this home continues to capture the sun beautifully, even as winter approaches.
Plaster-Ready At Mathieson
When we stopped by to capture progress this week, just a few final gib sheets remained – naturally, Josh saved the trickiest bit for last: the skylight install (and yep, he’s loving every minute of it). With the internal gib now complete and the external cladding freshly painted, this triplex development is moving steadily toward the finish line.
A Growing Crew!
On Thursday, we gathered the crew for a new team photo. What began as a three-man operation back in 2022, has grown into a 14-strong team as of this May. Since October last year alone, we’ve expanded the crew to include our legendary builders, infill experts, client manager, admin staff, in-house design and marketing and build manager. It’s been a big year of growth for a 100% locally owned Whanganui business – and it feels like we’re just getting started!
