Up Goes The Gib!
It was all hands on deck as our team powered through gib installation at the Mathieson Street Triplex! The crew made quick work of another milestone, marking solid progress on this first-of-its-kind Venture Build project. With painting, kitchen installs, and landscaping next on the list, these sleek new units are well on their way to being rental-ready.
Cladding-Time At Konini
Over on Konini Street, progress is picking up with cladding installation now underway! This development began with the original home being relocated to the rear of the section by Britton’s, making space for two brand-new townhouses at the front. It’s a smart use of space, and a great example of how thoughtful planning brings more quality housing to life.
Feature Frontage
Cladding has also taken center stage at our Cambridge Street project, with the feature paneling now completed on the front of this 121sqm home. Next, the painters will be on site to finish the exterior cladding — a step that will elevate the look and feel of this modern new build as it nears completion.
Kicking Goals At Caius
Wrapping up the week with steady progress at Caius Avenue, where work continues on our two new townhouse builds. The team has been busy prepping for gib installation and getting started on the carports. This project is another great example of how smart property infill can unlock the potential of underutilised land – creating modern, functional homes where space allows.
