Incredible progress at Niblett Street this week! Two of the four new builds now have their roofs on, while the other two homes have just had their framing go up. It’s all happening at once – and it’s awesome to watch these modern townhouses take shape. Designed for today’s lifestyle, they’re compact, low maintenance, and ideal for anyone looking for quality new rental homes in Whanganui.

It’s all go at Konini Street this week! The driveway and paths have been poured, new carpet is in, and appliances have arrived as we push toward a late-November handover. This project includes two brand-new 105sqm, 3-bedroom homes plus a renovated existing home, all soon to hit the Whanganui rental market. Not long now until these fresh, modern spaces are ready for their new tenants!

The build is really taking shape on Puriri Street! The pad is poured, the framing & fire walls are up, scaffolding is in place, and the roof trusses have already arrived on-site – all ready for the next stage of this triplex build. This smart design means all three homes will be modern 3-bedroom, low-maintenance rentals, perfect for today’s tenants. Another project moving forward at pace!

Back at Venture Build HQ on Ridgway Street, the Brick & Blocks team has done an awesome job this week getting the rear wall of our new workshop and office space in place. Next up will be the delivery and installation of the metal framing. It’s great to see our own build coming together as we expand and invest for our growing crew. We can’t wait to shift into a workshop and office that matches our momentum.
