Two weeks on from handover at Caius Ave, the finishing touches are coming to life. The lawns are starting to green up, and tenants are preparing to move in to their brand-new townhouses. It’s always rewarding to see a project transition from construction site to lived-in homes.

At Puriri Street, our latest triplex housing project is well underway. With backfilling complete, the site is being prepared for the next big milestone – the slab pour. The team from Thompson Plumbing & Drainage are onsite connecting pipework and finalising pre-slab work, setting the next stage of the construction.

Last week marked a major milestone at Niblett Street, with 115 piles secured and ready for four new homes to take shape. This week, the team has begun preparing the floor structure, the first step in bringing these townhouses to life. Once framing and trusses are up, the vision for this development will really start to take form on site.

It’s been a big week at Venture HQ on Ridgway Street, with our new workshop and office build ready for the slab pour. The crew has moved fast, completing the boxing, reinforcing steel, and pod installation, all key components that give strength and stability to the concrete floor system. Another major step forward in expansion at our home base.
