Loads Of Concrete
It’s been a concrete-filled week at Caius Ave! The driveway is now poured, setting the stage for the new boundary fence palings to go up. Inside, real progress is taking shape with kitchens and bathrooms being installed in both townhouses. Next on the list: carpet and vinyl. It won’t be long before these two modern homes are finished and ready to welcome their new tenants!
Breaking New Ground
With so many projects already ticked off this year, it’s always exciting to see fresh ones underway! This week marks the start of new builds on both Niblett and Puriri Streets. Stay tuned – we can’t wait to share what will be taking shape on these sites.
Digger Day A Success
Last Sunday we hosted our very first Digger Day — and what a turnout it was! Thanks to the amazing generosity of our community, we raised $600 for the Whanganui Hospital Children’s Ward. We’re already buzzing with big ideas for next year’s event to make it even bigger and better, giving even more kids the chance to jump in the driver’s seat of a digger!
First Things First
The Venture Build expansion is officially underway. This week marks the start of the block retaining wall and drainage – a vital step before the real building work can begin. Exciting progress as we set the foundations for what’s to come!
