Landscaping Underway
The driveway is in, the fencing is up, and Caius Ave is taking shape! Our team has been busy backfilling and leveling the grounds, getting everything ready for grass and fresh landscaping. Inside, kitchens are now installed and the vinyl flooring is down, with carpet next on the list. These two new townhouses are nearly complete and it won’t be long before the keys are handed over to their new owners.
Breaking New Ground
Work is underway on our latest infill project at Niblett Street. Excavation has begun on the 820sqm section, with new plumbing completed for the existing homes and a new patio boxed and ready for concrete. This development is a great example of how underutilised land can be transformed to deliver quality, affordable housing, helping both investors grow their portfolios and our community access more homes.
A Mix Of Old & New
Over at Konini Street – the existing home on the site is currently undergoing a renovation, including the installation of a brand-new kitchen, giving it a fresh new lease on life for future tenants. Alongside it, two brand-new 105sqm homes have been painted inside and are now awaiting kitchens and flooring. With landscaping soon to follow, we’re looking forward to seeing the finished results take shape.
