Venture Build Directors (Pete, Adam and Simon) have joined forces to create Venture Build. The 3 combine building, project management and business experience. Adam explains, ‘the business now being under Venture Build marks the formalizing of a partnership that has been working well both on the ground and in planning. This partnership has built 10 houses in the last 18 months, with 12 more builds locked in under our new business structure.’ With a systematic approach they are able to add new home builds for clients and welcome enquiries.
Venture Build has its roots in infill projects, where Simon explains, ‘navigating the Resource Consent applications has become ever more complex, particularly with smaller lots’.
Pete, Adam and Simon believe this experience has helped create some well needed industry expertise in this area. Simon explains that ‘this allows us to work with clients to create financially successful builds.’ Simon further explains that, ‘Venture build has many projects at different stages including recently completed projects enabling clients to see how the finished projects come together. This gives the clients real comfort’.
