We’re officially on the home stretch at our Konini Street development – with just grass to go! Inside, the two new 105sqm homes are looking sharp, tidy, and just about ready to welcome their new tenants.

This project has been a great transformation. It started with the original bungalow being relocated to the back of the property and is now undergoing a full renovation. Meanwhile, the new homes have taken shape out front.

We’re currently putting together a full video of the entire Konini Street journey from start to finish, so keep an eye out.

Things are really starting to take shape at Venture Build HQ. The team at NZ Structural & Engineering is making great progress on the steel framing for our new workshop and office expansion.

This space is being built to support our growing team. It’s a huge step up from where we started with just a few containers for storage! The transformation has been unreal so far. We’ve captured it all on video so you can see just how far it’s come.

It’s been a productive week on site at our Puriri Street triplex. The roof trusses are now going up, and the firewalls are all completed.

Thanks to a smart, efficient design, all three units will be modern two-bedroom homes. They will offer affordable, high-quality, low-maintenance rentals to the local market. It’s great to see this project really starting to take shape!

Things are moving along nicely on Niblett Street. Four new smaller homes are now really starting to take shape. Roof trusses are up on two of the four homes, and they are ready for longrun roofing to begin. Meanwhile, weather-tight prep and window hardware are next on the to-do list.

With demand for one and two-bedroom townhouses continuing to grow locally, we’re proud to be delivering quality, well-designed, low-maintenance homes. They will be a great addition to the market.
