Weather-Tight in the Making at Puriri
It’s been another big week on site at our Puriri Street triplex, with the team tackling the tricky stuff. Complex roofing valleys and Enviroclad TPO waterproofing membrane which is a Venture Build first. These details make a huge difference to the finished result, and it’s awesome to see it all coming together so well. Even better, we’re on track to have all of our builds across our sites fully roofed before Christmas!
The Countdown to Cladding Begins at Niblett
Things are really starting to take shape at Niblett Street, with four new smaller homes progressing nicely. Windows are now installed in two of the four homes, and the team is pushing hard to have all homes fully roofed by mid-next week. That means they’ll be nice and water-tight for the Christmas break and ready for cladding to kick off. While compact in size, these homes feel surprisingly spacious inside, and future tenants will love moving into a brand-new, low-maintenance build.
‘Roof Week’ Continues at Venture Build HQ
It’s officially roofing week across all our sites, and the momentum continues back at Venture Build HQ. The steel framing for our new workshop and office space is now complete and ready for roofing to go on. It’s been a massive transformation from a couple of storage containers to a fully fledged commercial build taking shape. Check out the video to see just how far this project has come!
