The Masks Are Off at Puriri Street

Big moves this week on Puriri Street. With the scaffolding gone, the full external design is finally on display – with different textures and colors giving each unit its own flavor. The interior is keeping pace, too, with GIB almost complete. We’re about to dive into stopping and internal painting. These 2-bedroom units are rapidly approaching the finish line, and they’re looking sharp.

Small Footprint, Big Potential: Progress at Niblett

The “heavy lifting” is done. At our 4-home Niblett Street development, the GIB and stopping are finished, and the painters are officially on the home stretch, soak pits being completed. These units might be compact, but don’t let the exterior fool you – the layout is surprisingly spacious and built for easy living. With kitchens ready for install and flooring (carpet, vinyl, and tile) up next, we’re closing in on a finished product that the rental market is screaming out for: low-maintenance, healthy, and high-quality.

Hotmix Ready To Hit the Ground at HQ

Out with the dust, in with the blacktop. We’ve got TarTek on-site getting the prep work done for our new HQ carpark. Between the upgraded workshop and the expanded office space, we’re finally getting the “room to breathe” the team deserves. This hotmix finish is going to give the whole site that sharp, professional look we’ve been aiming for. We’re counting down the days until move-in.
