This Smithfield Road project involves 3 houses, 2 with internal double garaging and 1 with detached garaging. The client for this project is an engineer so we had great direction and plans which enabled us to concentrate on making the build side run as efficiently as possible. With 3 houses to work on simultaneously the builders can work throughout most of the project which eliminates some of the stop start nature of 1 house projects and enables good momentum. These photos are taken 7 weeks from the date the ground was broken. We expect the 3-house project to take 7 months. The build team on this one is humming!
