Inside the Puriri Street Triplex

We’re hitting the home stretch on Puriri Street. This week, the teams are wrapping up the vinyl and carpet installations, clearing the way for landscaping to kick off next week. Medium-density builds like this triplex setup are rapidly gaining traction, and for good reason. They offer a highly efficient footprint for maximised rental yield without compromising on build quality.
Shaping Up on the Lake

Progress is tracking well out at Lake Wiritoa. The team spent the week getting the windows and doors hung and wrapping up the fascia’s, bringing this architectural build to the lock-up phase. The site is primed for cladding next. The full vision for this home is not far away, and we’ll be sharing every step with you.
Unlocking Backyard Equity

Roofs are officially wrapped and the scaffolding is coming down on our two new Castlecliff builds, clearing the way for window installation. This Carson Street project is a prime blueprint for smart urban infill. By utilising under-spec’d backyard space, we’re helping our client turn a secondary asset into a high quality stream of income.
Scaling Operations: Inside Our New HQ Workshop

As the team grows, our footprint needs to keep pace. Over on Ridgway Street, the new Venture Build HQ has the new feature wall up, painting is officially underway, and the new bathrooms are being framed out. This space isn’t just about extra square footage – it’s about streamlining our day-to-day operations to keep our projects moving sharper and faster. We’re proud to be investing in the community we serve!
Fresh Rental Stock Takes Shape on Abbot Street

With the exterior cladding freshly painted, the focus has shifted entirely indoors at our Abbot Street infill project. Insulation is complete and Gib is actively going up across both of these new homes. The Gonville rental market has been dominated by aging stock for a long time, so introducing these high-quality, healthy, low-maintenance builds is a massive win for the local area and a blueprint for smart urban renewal.
Unlocking Options on Cambridge Street

With the brickwork wrapped up and the Gib on the walls, we are moving straight into the fun stuff at the Cambridge Street duplex: kitchens and vinyl flooring are ready to go in. The duplex model is a game-changer for smart land use. It gives owners flexibility, whether that’s locking in a secondary rental income, setting up a standalone home business, or keeping family close, all without sacrificing your entire section footprint.
