The Build: Family Home

Where: Kaitoke, Whanganui

This Week’s Update: Out at Lake Wiritoa, the crew has been flat out and the vast majority of the exterior cladding is now locked in.

Additional features will include schist corners alongside a sharp mix of cladding profiles to give it real depth and character. We are getting super close to unveiling the full exterior color scheme, and we can’t wait to show you how it all ties together!

The Build: Motel Units

Where: Dublin Street, Whanganui

This Week’s Update: Right in the heart of town, the team is making strides on the Burwood Motel expansion with trusses on site and going up.

You can really start to see the footprint now. The design is dialed in to tie in seamlessly with the existing motel buildings.

The Build: Urban Infill

Where: Abbot Street, Whanganui

This Week’s Update: The painters are putting the final coats of paint on the walls, giving the interiors that crisp look.

Next we’re heading straight into laying the vinyl and setting up the kitchen installations. It’s awesome watching these two modern, healthy homes come together to deliver quality living options to the Gonville area.

The Build: Triplex Units

Where: Puriri Street, Whanganui

This Week’s Update: It was all about landscaping and concrete over at the Puriri Street triplex this week! The crew has been flat out pouring the brand-new outdoor patios, footpaths, and accessways across the site.

We’re now at the fencing and grassing stage to complete the picture. It’s awesome to see three modern homes so close to completion!

The Build: Townhouse

Where: Benefield Street, Whanganui

This Week’s Update: Groundwork on the landscaping is officially underway for this sharp new ‘down-sizer’, with the team getting prep started on the new deck, patio and paths.

Meanwhile indoors, the plasterers have packed up – internal painting is kicking off next. Awesome progress on a build designed for effortless, low-maintenance living!
