Indoors, the painters have wrapped up their work and handed the keys over to the next trades. Vinyl flooring and kitchen installations are next on the list, bringing this smart, high-efficiency build one step closer to the finish line.

This Week’s Update: That’s a wrap on the historic Boothby Fern House! Now that the scaffolding is down and the site is cleared, the final photos show off the upgrade that’s ready for locals and visitors to enjoy.

This Week’s Update: Both homes are currently getting the full internal treatment, with coats of paint going down on every wall, ceiling, and door.

Getting the paint stage ticked off is always a huge milestone because it unlocks the final fit-out stages. Next up, we’ll be laying vinyl & bringing in the kitchen joinery.
