We are in the midst of doing 2 large lifestyle property builds. The first of these architecturally designed houses resides on Clarkson Ave. This stunning house makes the most of it’s hillside location as it looks out to the East toward the heart of Whanganui. The build team has grown since the start of this build, which has been very welcome for build lead Peter – as this is no small house.
One of the unique aspects to the build is the portal area which in spectacular fashion opens up to both the West and East to provide great indoor/outdoor flow and a spectacular entertaining space.
The team has enjoyed the challenges that come with the complexities of a high spec house. It has provided a great opportunity for them to all work together.
